WHAT'S A CLIENT-MONTH? 1 client-month is one client actively using the service for 1 month. So for example: purchase of 10 client-months sponsors the service for 10 clients for 1 month; or 5 clients for 2 months; or 3 clients for 2 months plus another client who uses it for 4 months.

PER-ORDER INVOICING. (No surprises.) When you place an initial order (or order more client-months later on), we invoice you, and you can pay via ACH or credit card.

REFILL REMINDERS. We'll let you know when your balance is getting low so you can reorder - or not - as you wish.

UNUSED CREDITS DON'T EXPIRE. Your unused prepaid client-month credits do not expire. So if a smaller hospice has a gap between clients your unused credits will be ready for your next client.

Each client's account has a generous "soft" cap of 200 videos and 20,000 video playbacks. (Nobody has ever come close to reaching that limit. But if a client does go over the cap, we'll work with them to resolve the issue.)

AUTO-PAUSES IF INACTIVE. Even if we are not notified that a client account is no longer needed, we'll automatically stop applying your prepaid client-month credits to a client account that has been inactive for a month, but we'll still keep the service available (in case still needed after all). After 3 months of continuous inactivity the client account will be inactivated, but family members with access to the account will still be able to download their videos for 6 months.

Q&A: Super Simple Sponsorship

Our service is intended for hospices or places of worship to sponsor on behalf of terminally ill clients or members. For other uses, please inquire beforehand.

YOU PICK WHO YOU SPONSOR. Simplicity itself. Your account has a pool of voucher codes. Offer vouchers to anyone you'd like to sponsor. When someone uses your voucher to setup their Inbox, your banner gets added to their Inbox page and each month they use the service uses one of your pre-paid client-month credits. (If the voucher is not used, it cost you nothing to offer it, but you still earn the goodwill for offering.)

REAL-TIME REPORTING. At any time, you can see who redeemed your vouchers (self-reported name and email), and you can see their Inbox page, for purposes of verifying who used your voucher. (You cannot of course see their videos.) At any time, you can see your total sponsorship banner impressions and how many videos were sent to your clients.

PRESET VOUCHER DURATION. You can choose to set a sponsorship duration on your vouchers (we suggest 3 months). We'll let you know when that time is approaching so you can decide whether to extend your sponsorship longer.

ADDITIONAL VOUCHER CONTROLS. You can, if you wish, assign a "use by" date on your vouchers to encourage timely redemption. You can instantly void any unused voucher at any time, if misplaced or lost for example. (In either case, someone trying to redeem an expired or voided voucher is directed to contact you to inquire about getting a new voucher.)

HIPAA N/A. 100% of client information (if any) is provided by the client (or whomever the client has set up their account, typically a family member). When a client (or family member) sets up an Inbox, we request only a name and an email address, usually whoever will be managing the online account; they choose their desired privacy settings, they choose what (if any) additional information about the client to disclose on their Inbox page, and they add your sponsor's banner to their Inbox page via redemption of your voucher code. We've streamlined the setup process to be very simple for clients (or family members) to do, and made it simple for multiple family/friends to co-manage the client's Inbox and show the client their new videos that are received (since the client may not always feel up to logging in, etc.).
